Ammasco promises availability of products in the market

The fear of scarcity of Ammasco lubricants in the market as expressed by members of Nigeria Automobile Technicians Association was allayed by Ammasco International Limited’s Marketing Manager, Alhaji Abubakar Matazu during the launch of the company’s premier products; Ammasco Synthetic Engine Oil and Ammasco ATF (in 4 litres) at Abuja, Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria.

Speaking on behalf of the Chairman/Chief Executive of Ammasco International Limited, Alhaji Mustapha Ado, Alhaji Abubakar Matazu revealed that Ammasco International Limited is presently installing machines for the production of the lubricants’ plastics locally to meet the market demand.

He also revealed that in order for Ammasco International Limited to get closer to the market proper which the Mechanics as end users of lubricants represent has established 26 offices across the federation; distributing Ammasco products.

He pointed out that “Ammsco International Limited does not prioritise profits above quality; as it purchases its additives from one of the world’s 3 best additives producers, Lubrizol Corporation of USA.”

The Marketing Manager, who congratulated the newly elected NATA National Executives, assured the Nigeria Automobile Technicians Association of his company’s commitment to continual production of high quality engine oils.

He revealed that Ammasco Synthetic was produced by his company’s partners, Lubrizol Corporation of United States of America.

He pleaded for the understanding of the association whenever the products are late to get to their various outlets as part of the logistics challenges the company was facing like other companies in the country.

He however revealed that Ammasco International Limited has concluded arrangements to start using Calabar Port axis in Cross River State, Nigeria to bring into the country its raw materials.

Alhaji Matazu

According to him, a fleet of trucks had been added to its distribution network to meet up with growing demand. And that sufficient product would henceforth be shipped to the Regional Sales Teams to meet up with their weekly demand.

Alhaji Abubakar Matazu informed the gathering that “all products of Ammasco International Limited were multi-grade and that none of the products require adding additives.

He craved the indulgence of the buyers to take notice of the security features on the products in order not to fall prey to imitations.

Earlier, Engr. Joseph Idume, the Quality Controller of Ammasco International Limited educated the NATA officials about his company’s newest products; Ammasco Synthetic which comes in both 4 and 5 litres and Ammasco ATF that comes in 4 litres.

He warned the end users not to add modifiers to any of the products as they were already blended with enough of such.

He also assured that the products met specified world standard and as such, he opined that the Mechanics would enjoy using the products on their customers’ vehicles.

Engr. Samuel Aremu, Ammasco International Limited’s Plant Manager talked extensively on the company’s grease; its composition, merits and how to identify low standard grease.

He revealed that “The main mission of Ammasco is to go at length with research and development in order to become a household name in Nigeria in terms of production of only quality lubricating engine oils and greases.”
