NATA Borno State Chapter gets ultra-modern Mechanics Village, N68m

The Executive Governor of Borno State, His Excellency, Alhaji (Prof) Umara Zulum has donated 16 hectares ultra-modern Mechanics Village to members of Nigeria Automobile Technicians Association (NATA) Borno State Chapter.

The Mechanic Village named Alpha Mechanic Village was built by the administration of the Borno State government headed by Alhaji (Prof) Umara Zulum.

The village has 30 spare-parts shops, a Masjid and all that is needed in a modern Mechanic Village.

During the presentation of the facilities to NATA Borno State Chapter executives, the governor also presented the association with the sum of N68m as an empowerment gesture for all NATA members in the state.

The National Secretariat of the association has promptly expressed appreciation to the governor for the kind gestures and called on other state governors to do same.

The NATA National General Secretary, Comrade Musa Yahaya (Dan Masanin NATA) in a release said: “I want to seize this opportunity to congratulate all NATA Borno State Chapter members and I call on them to utilize the  Mechanic Village maximally.”
