Comrade Fayeun appreciates NATA members with Awards as he completes second term in office

Haven spent 11 years as State Chairman piloting the affairs of Nigeria Automobile Technicians Association (NATA), Lagos State Chapter, Comrade Jacob Omonide Fayeun on Thursday 14th of October, 2021 organised his last State General Meeting in Shomolu area of the state with the duo of NATA National Deputy President, Chief Sunday James Aina and the National Vice President for South-West Zone of the Association, Comrade (Alhaji) Adebayo Jimoh Kolawole, elders, patrons as well as officials of the association from various local government branches and units in attendance.

The general meeting was a carnival-like affair.

To show appreciation for uncommon loyalty of members that he enjoyed while at the helm of affairs of the association in Lagos State, Nigeria, Comrade Jacob Omonide Fayeun conferred Awards on members, elders, patrons as well as members of his outgoing executive council.

 Recall that Comrade Fayeun was first elected as Chairman, NATA Lagos State Chapter in 2010 for a four-year term, but the then NATA National President, late Comrade Michael Ajayi Omonayin extended his years in office due to a protracted conflict of interest among NATA  members in the state; that attracted litigation.

Comrade Fayeun spent extra 3 years in office before offering himself for another round of election on 27th September, 2018 and he won another term of 4 years in office; which ended recently.
